During the 40 years of his practice, Mr. Rachelson has gained significant experience in the representation of subcontractors and suppliers in the construction industry. Mr. Rachelson is an experienced litigator who has successfully represented a variety of construction clients in both asserting and defending claims that arise during the construction process. Many of these claims involve mechanics liens and payment bonds. Mr. Rachelson also devotes a substantial part of his practice to the representation of lenders and title insurers. Mr. Rachelson began his career assisting national clients with their non-competition matters. Mr. Rachelson continues to use his expertise and his strong litigation background to assist his clients in preparation of enforceable non-competition agreements and when necessary, to enforce or defend non-competition claims.

Mr. Rachelson has been designated as a "Super Lawyer" by the publishers of Atlanta Magazine, representing the top 5% of Lawyers in Georgia in his area of practice and he is denoted as an AV rated attorney by the Martindale-Hubbell.
